Position RequirementsRequirements
Employees must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and have the ability to lift 50 pounds.
Required Skills
Landscape maintenance technicians should be proficient in the use of commercial lawn tools and equipment. All employees will be expected to work in a team environment and be willing to take direction and constructive feedback. Participation in our snow and ice management services is required. We expect all employees to be punctual team players with a good attitude that displays respect, trustworthiness, and a passion for quality.
Accountabilities
Ensure all safety measures are followed during every project.
Consistently deliver quality maintenance services during all tasks required, including:
Remove trash and debris from lawns
Mowing lawn areas
String line trimming
Edge sidewalks and curbs
Weeding of planting beds, sidewalk cracks, and curbs
Remove all debris caused by mowing, edging, and string trimming
Use of backpack blower to clean/remove debris from walks, drives, curbs, and shrub beds
Prune/Remove chutes, suckers, and dead wood from ornamental trees and shrubs
Perform other tasks as directed
Perform routine maintenance on equipment as requested
