The Opportunity :

The One Medical Virtual Medical Team (VMT) is a leading provider of virtual clinical care, providing world-class, convenient, evidence-based virtual medical care to One Medical patients in concert with their primary care providers. Through advanced technology and a team-based approach, we care for patients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our team is united by intellectual curiosity, inclusiveness, and a powerful mission : transforming healthcare and bringing world-class primary care to everyone.

Employment type :

• Requires a variable core shift and additional schedule, 2-6 hours in length, that can vary from 10 hours per week to 40+ hours per week based on business needs. Current business needs are 20+ hours per week.
• Variable core shift will include 5 hour shifts every Saturday OR Sunday
• Requires four 4 hour holiday shifts, 2 of which need to be Thanksgiving, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years day.
• This is a non-benefitted role

The base hourly range for this role is $56.50 to $63.00 per hour based on a full-time schedule plus evening and weekend differential. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience, physical location (state you live in) and patient care schedule.
