Chief Financial Officer

A company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer.

Key Responsibilities :

Drive financial strategy, modeling, forecasting, and performance metrics in alignment with company goals

Lead fundraising initiatives and investor relations to ensure adequate capitalization for growth

Oversee all financial operations including FP&A, accounting, tax, treasury, audit, and risk management

Qualifications :

5+ years of experience as a CFO or senior financial executive in a high-growth SaaS environment

Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, pricing models, and enterprise customer dynamics

Experience in scaling finance operations and leading capital raises

Strong command of financial systems, controls, and compliance during startup-to-growth transitions

Experience with setting up global entities
