Sales Development Representative (SDR)

At Huzzle, we connect high-performing B2B sales professionals with global companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Our clients include startups, digital agencies, and tech platforms in industries like SaaS, MarTech, FinTech, and EdTech. We match top sales talent to full-time remote roles where they're hired directly into client teams and provided ongoing support by Huzzle.

Role Type : Full-time

Engagement : Independent Contractor

Timezone : 11am - 7pm CET (Covering both UK and US)

Join a leading international agency collective representing ultra-premium European furniture brands to interior designers, architects, and luxury retailers across the UK and US. Founded in 2017, this dynamic, fast-growing team of 1015 collaborators blends sales strategy and high-impact marketing to elevate exclusive furniture collections in B2B channels.

We're looking for a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified meetings with design studios, architectural firms, and high-end furniture retailers. You'll be at the forefront of expanding the firm's presence in the UK and U.S. markets, reaching out to decision-makers and booking 20 qualified appointments per month (10 UK, 10 US).

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to design, architecture, and retail contacts.
  • Generate and book 20 qualified meetings per month (split between UK & US markets).
  • Engage design professionals and decision-makers with authentic, value-driven conversations.
  • Research target firms and tailor outreach messaging to their design style and portfolio focus.
  • Use CRM and engagement tools (Apollo, Zoho Bigin, Klenty, HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage pipeline and activity.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine outreach strategy and messaging.
  • Track key metrics (calls, connects, meetings booked) and consistently meet monthly targets.
