Senior Operations Manager
Overseeing the daily operations and long-term strategic planning of the organization to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effective management of resources. This role works closely with executive leadership to drive operational excellence, implement best practices, and support business growth across all departments. Lead cross-functional teams, manages key performance metrics, and ensures compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

Job Summary
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to drive efficiency and scalability
- Lead and supervise department managers and cross-functional teams to meet performance goals and KPIs
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with finance, HR, and other departments to align operations with company objectives
- Oversee budget planning, cost control, and resource allocation to ensure financial health
- Ensure compliance with all regulations, standards, and internal policies
- Identify and mitigate operational risks through proactive planning and continuous improvement initiatives
- Drive employee engagement, talent development, succession planning within the operations team
- Report on operational performance to executive leadership and recommend strategic adjustments
- Evaluate and analyze human and machine resources continually to assure operations capabilities can meet company goals and strategic vision
- Develop and keep current an operational strategic plan to meet current and long-term company goals
- Identify and recommend capital equipment to assure operational success, safety, and efficiency
- Responsible for storing and handling all Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) appropriately to prevent unauthorized access, dissemination, or use of this information or documentation
- Support all visitor and security policies to protect ITAR / EAR / CMMC / CUI information, documents, product, etc. from unauthorized access
