Plant Operations Manager
The County Materials Family of Companies manufactures and delivers concrete construction products to meet the demand for growing communities. We rely on our talented and dedicated team members to provide reliable products with personalized service. We are seeking a Plant Operations Manager for County Materials in Roberts, WI.
Job Duties :
- Oversee the daily production operations of the plant.
- Monitors operations for efficiency and safety, ensuring that all applicable regulatory requirements are met / followed.
- Develop production schedules to meet internal goals as well as the expectations of customers.
- Oversee production staff, including hiring / training team members.
- Develop plans for the maximum utilization of materials, machines and team members.
- Hands-on experience driving cost-saving initiatives and process improvements in manufacturing.
- Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and building and establish plant housekeeping standards.
Work Environment :
Work in indoor and outdoor weather conditions, including extreme hot or cold temperaturesWork near moving machinery and equipment - could include electrical hazardsWork in a noisy environmentPhysical Requirements :
