Pediatric Hospitalist physician employment in Nevada :

Seeking a dedicated full-time Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician to join our rapidly growing, state-of-the-art 30-bed pediatric emergency department alongside a team of Pediatric Emergency Medicine physicians, offering a dynamic and supportive environment with robust subspecialty coverage and excellent resident and fellow teaching opportunities.

Job Description :

• Provide high-quality pediatric emergency care in a busy, 30-bed pediatric ER with volumes approaching 55,000 patients annually
• Collaborate closely with Pediatric Emergency Medicine (PEM) physicians, hospitalists, and subspecialty teams
• Participate in a supportive environment with child life specialists and pediatric social workers integrated into ER care
• Contribute to teaching and mentorship of pediatric, emergency medicine, and family practice residents, as well as Pediatric ER fellows
• Work full-time, covering twelve 12-hour shifts per month
• Utilize full scribe coverage to enhance efficiency and patient care quality
• Engage with affiliated Pediatric ICU, CVICU, and NICU teams to ensure seamless patient care transitions
• Open to BC / BE candidates (fresh graduates and experienced providers welcome, but recent inpatient experience required)
• This is a permanent, full-time position that requires residency within the immediate local area. Relocation may be required.
