Udemy is a global company headquartered in San Francisco, with additional U.S. offices in Denver and Austin, and international hubs in Australia, India, Ireland, Mexico, and Trkiye. This is an in-office position, requiring three days a week in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Staff Product Manager to lead our Ads strategy. You will build the foundation for scalable advertising by integrating with top supply side platforms and partners, designing ad solutions that respect user discovery and learning experience while maximizing ad value.

This role is highly cross-functional, you'll collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Marketing to define the product vision, shape the roadmap, and deliver seamless ad experiences across our platform.

• Ad Tech Acumen : You bring practical knowledge of programmatic advertising, SSPs, and ad platforms. You use this expertise to design competitive and effective ad solutions that serve both users and advertisers.
