Clinical Recruiter

A company is looking for a Clinical Recruiter (Contractor) to manage the recruitment process for clinicians.

Key Responsibilities

Own the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing candidates using Greenhouse ATS

Source candidates proactively through various channels, including job boards and social media

Build and maintain candidate pipelines across multiple clinical disciplines and regions

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in healthcare

Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS or similar recruiting software

Proven success in managing high-volume requisitions in a metrics-driven environment

Skilled in cold calling, networking, and creative sourcing strategies

Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt quickly to changing needs and priorities
