Position : Project Controls Manager – Mission-Critical Construction

The U.S. data center market is expanding at record speed, and with billions being invested across North Texas, experienced Project Controls leaders are in short supply.

We're partnering with one of the nation's leading builders of data centers and mission-critical infrastructure to hire a Project Controls Manager who will lead cost, schedule, and performance management across large-scale, complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project controls strategy and execution across multiple high-value programs ($500M+)
• Integrate cost, schedule, and risk management to ensure accurate project forecasting
• Partner with project executives, operations, and finance leadership to drive profitability
• Lead reporting, dashboards, and KPI development using tools such as Primavera P6, InEight, Prism, and Power BI
• Develop and mentor a growing team of Project Controls Managers and Analysts
