INTAKE NURSE - BOISE, ID - ONSITE - PERMANENT POSITION - EXCELLENT BENEFITS
MUST HAVE :
Unencumbered ID LPN Licensure
Responsibilities :
- Take and record patient pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and administer finger stick, and first aid as needed.
- Entering patient information into information system, as well as investigating post donation information.
- Managing, evaluating, and reporting patient reaction(s).
- Communicate with collaborating supervisors and specialist's regarding patient care.
- Maintaining accurate patient medical records.
- Provides support and education to patients around their medical needs.

Qualifications :
- Familiarity with medical software and equipment.
- Must be flexible with shifts (rotating schedule with weekends and evenings, but no overnights !)
- Exceptional team player mindset
- Must have unencumbered ID license (or compact)
RN Salary Range : $27 - $29 / hr.
Pay Details : $27.00 to $29.00 per hour
