Overall Position Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented self-starter to join England Logistics Supply Chain Management Operations team. The Operations Support Specialist role combines aspects of Load Planning, Data Entry, and Invoicing job functions, reporting to the Director of Operations.
The ideal candidate will consistently demonstrate a positive and hardworking attitude, a continuous commitment to personal, organizational and process improvement and build strong partnerships, one employee and one customer at a time, and by working in accordance with England Logistics COACHTeam core values.
Essential Functions and Results Expectations
- High level of accuracy with minimal to no errors when processing and reviewing data.
- Meets and / or exceeds deadlines set.
- Continuous improvement in position metrics
- Continuous improvement in customer service scores, as defined by leader.

Essential Duties and Functions
- Planning / Building of loads for various lanes as presented by customer / vendor supplier(s)
- Rate Negotiation with carriers
- Liaising with customers and foster and build relationships.
- Providing excellent customer service
- Multi-tasking to ensure smooth deliveries.
- Tracking LTL and Truckload Shipments
- Providing timely feedback on key accounts, to Account Management / Customer / Leadership via email / phone call / Teams
- Effectively manage time daily
- Provide resolution to any issues should they arise.
- Identify new revenue producing opportunities.
- Review shipments for completeness and accuracy in transportation management system
- Includes location codes, bill to locations, item numbers, case count and weight.
- Process shipments for billing in transportation management system
- Create / add new locations in transportation management system.
- Create / add new items in transportation management system.
- Invoice export from transportation management system
- Complete invoicing review in EL Hub system
- Download 24Tracc lanes from system.
- Download 24Tracc Master Price list
- Data Entry of carrier invoices into EL Hub system
- Work Carrier Payment status inbox
- Actively engage in scheduling, planning, and facilitating an effective one-on-one with leader on a weekly of bi-weekly basis.

Requirements
- 1+ years of transportation experience
- Ability to get along with multiple personalities while working in a team environment.
