Hourly Rate : $27.72 - $39.60 (based on experience)

Shift Differentials : +$3 / hour for nights, +$2 / hour for weekends

Sign-On Bonus : Up to $20,000 (case-by-case)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Oncology Registered Nurse to join our Medical-Surgical Unit. This role involves providing expert nursing care to oncology patients within a multidisciplinary team focused on improving patient outcomes in a supportive environment.

Shift Options :

Day Shift : 7 AM – 7 PM (rotating weekends)

Night Shift : 7 PM – 7 AM (rotating weekends)

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient health assessments

Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans

Advocate for patient safety and holistic well-being

Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Provide patient and family education on treatments and medications

Manage complex clinical situations with autonomy and confidence

Qualifications

Current Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license

Minimum 1 year of recent nursing experience (acute care preferred; LTAC considered)

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 6 months of hire

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
