Compensation : $85,000–$95,000 (based on experience) + full benefits

The Role
We’re seeking a charismatic, polished, and forward-thinking Assistant General Manager to help lead the daily operations of one of the group’s flagship restaurants. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives on connection, creativity, and consistency — someone who understands that great service is both an art and a craft .
As AGM, you’ll be the heartbeat of the floor : mentoring staff, engaging with guests, and supporting the General Manager in driving both excellence and culture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead by example on the floor, ensuring smooth daily operations and an elevated guest experience.
Collaborate closely with the General Manager and ownership team to execute strategic goals, operational standards, and long-term growth.
Oversee, train, and inspire a passionate FOH team to deliver warm, intuitive, and genuine hospitality.
Partner with the Executive Chef and Beverage Director to maintain the highest levels of food, wine, and cocktail service.
Manage scheduling, payroll, and performance development with organization and empathy.
Support creative initiatives — from special events and seasonal menus to community collaborations.
Uphold a culture rooted in respect, professionalism, and a true love for the craft.
Ideal Candidate
3–5 years of management experience in elevated, high-volume NYC restaurants or boutique hospitality concepts.
Deep understanding of guest relations, team dynamics, and service choreography .
Confident presence with a natural sense of style, poise, and emotional intelligence.
Enthusiasm for food, wine, and design-driven spaces that celebrate creativity and culture.
A hands-on leader who remains calm under pressure and finds joy in problem-solving.
Strong administrative and organizational skills; familiarity with POS, scheduling, and reporting systems.
