Caregivers in this role will directly work with inpatient care, while supporting physicians, clinical support staff and other pharmacists within the transplant side. This collaborative role will support the cardiology, cardiovascular, and lung transplant teams. Cleveland Clinic is one of the top three transplant hospitals in the nation, making this role the perfect opportunity to grow as a caregiver and educator.

Caregivers in this role will work Monday through Friday from 7 : 00am to 4 : 00pm with weekend rotations every 8th weekend collaborating with transplant teams. Caregivers in this position will be expected to work one holiday per year with no formal on-call expectations.

Pay Range

Minimum Annual Salary : $101,900.00

Maximum Annual Salary : $155,390.00

The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires.
