Job Overview

Beachland Homes, a premier builder in the AR Homes® Network, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Manager to oversee the on-site building process for our luxury custom homes. This role is responsible for ensuring each home is constructed to the highest quality standards, delivered on schedule, and within budget. The Construction Manager will coordinate subcontractors, monitor quality, maintain jobsite safety, and communicate regularly with homeowners to deliver an exceptional customer experience from groundbreaking to closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning & Execution

Collaborate with the Project Manager to review and maintain accurate construction schedules.

Review and interpret construction plans and job selections thoroughly.

Conduct phase-specific walkthroughs with subcontractors before work begins.

Lead pre-construction and frame walk meetings with homebuyers.

Maintain safe, organized job sites in compliance with regulations.

Verify and protect all material deliveries on-site.

Communicate homeowner-requested changes to the Project Manager.
