As a natural leader who thrives on delivering precision-built interiors and enjoys turning design visions into reality, you'll help turn creative concepts into finished results.

Based in Baltimore, Maryland, Monkey in the Metal has been crafting custom solid wood and metal fabrication solutions since 2012. We bring one-of-a-kind furniture, architectural elements, signage, and art to life across multifamily, commercial, institutional, and public spaces.

What You'll Do

• Lead on-site teams to execute high-end commercial interior projects, including retail, restaurant, office, and mixed-use spaces.
• Coordinate with designers, GCs, and internal teams to translate design intent into buildable, finished results.
• Manage daily site operations, subcontractors, materials, and timelines.
• Interpret drawings, specs, and custom fabrication details with precision.
• Ensure safety protocols, cleanliness, and site standards are met.
• Problem-solve field conditions and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Oversee installation of custom fabricated components – wood, metal, and hybrid features.
