Design Release Engineer

Responsibilities

• The engineer will work closely with product owners and should also be capable of taking the lead on engineering tasks when needed.
• Serve as primary responsible for design-related queries and issues
• Manage and coordinate process and product changes
• Utilize CATIA V5 for all design and engineering tasks
• Apply engineering principles to develop automotive products that meet customer technical and functional specifications, as well as manufacturing cost and efficiency requirements.
• Conduct 3D modeling to evaluate the technical feasibility of proposed designs
• Support and participate in the design , testing , modification , fabrication , and assembly of automotive prototypes
• Design manufacturing processes and equipment specific to automotive product production .
• Manage product releases, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of new designs and updates
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in product engineering , specifically within the automotive industry, focusing on design , development , and implementation of automotive products .
• Extensive experience utilizing CATIA V5 for 3D modeling and design tasks, with a proven track record of managing complex design-related queries and issues.
• Experience with data management system : PLM - Product Lifecycle Management
• Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate process and product changes effectively, ensuring timely and efficient product releases while adhering to customer specifications and manufacturing efficiency requirements.
