Customer Service / Sales Representative

We're looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Associate / Customer Accounts Representative to join our team! This position plays a key role in maintaining store organization, assisting customers, and supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain administrative organization and accurate customer files
• Process customer transactions, orders, and payments both in-store and by phone
• Provide exceptional service to new and existing customers
• Actively drive sales through in-store presentations, direct marketing, and renewals
• Support showroom upkeep and ensure products are properly displayed
• Assist with loading, delivering, setting up, and demonstrating merchandise for customers
• Answer and route incoming calls, handle inquiries, and maintain customer communication
• Perform general clerical duties, including filing and data entry
