About This Role

We are a leading internet service provider company dedicated to delivering reliable and high-speed internet connectivity to commercial and multi dwelling buildings in urban and suburban areas.

Our innovative approach combines cutting-edge technology with efficient construction practices to ensure seamless connectivity for our customers.

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of our network expansion projects.

The ideal candidate will have a background in construction management, network engineering, and project management, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Project Planning and Coordination :
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Assist in risk assessments and help develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
  • Plan and forecast resource needs, both internal and external, to coordinate resource allocation required to successfully complete projects.
  • Construction Management :
  • Oversee construction projects of multi dwelling and commercial microwave radio infrastructure, including antenna mounting, and equipment deployment.
  • Assist internal construction team to manage contractors and subcontractors to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
  • Network Engineering :
  • Collaborate with network engineering to help develop design and optimize network layouts for maximum efficiency and coverage.
  • Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to identify optimal locations for tower installation and equipment deployment.
  • Troubleshoot network issues and implement solutions to optimize performance and reliability.
  • Budgeting and Cost Management :
  • Assist in project budgets and track expenses throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize project expenditures.
  • Forecast and report on project cost throughout the lifecycle of the project.
  • Stakeholder Communication :
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including internal teams, clients.
  • Provide regular project updates and progress reports to PMO management and stakeholders.
  • Address stakeholder concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate with owners, developers, and general contractors, coordinating design and scheduling the installation of Zentro Infrastructure required to provide service to end users.
  • Collaborate with owners and owners’ representatives resolving issues that may develop during the deployment and implementation of Zentro services.

Qualifications :

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in field deployments a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in project management software and tools.
  • Over 8 yrs experience in managing construction projects.
  • Experience in telecommunications or network engineering is a plus.
  • Problem solving and leadership skills.
  • Experience in budgeting and cost tracking
  • Conflict resolution experience.
