Key Responsibilities
Process release of information requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
Perform quality checks on work to maintain confidentiality and proper invoicing
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and orderly work environment
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma (GED) required
Minimum of 2 years experience in a medical records department preferred
Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to type 50 wpm and use office equipment like fax and scanner
Self-motivated team player with proven customer satisfaction skills
