You’ll conduct scheduled consultations, assess goals, and walk clients through step-by-step recommendations. A major part of the role involves building trust quickly, delivering information clearly, and ensuring each client feels supported throughout their decision process.
You will handle digital organization, maintain structured communication logs, and prepare tailored solutions for each client interaction. Success in this role comes from balancing professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.
