Overview
Program Manager-Texas Strategic Leadership (TSL) role at Education Service Center, Region 2. The Texas Strategic Leadership (TSL) Program Manager supports the development and execution of strategic plans by coordinating activities aligned to priorities set by the Lead Coach; assists LEAs with connecting to resources, monitors progress and provides logistical and programmatic support to strengthen implementation.
Education Qualifications
- Masters´s degree (required)
- Texas Teacher Certification (required)
- Mid-management, principal or equivalent certification (preferred)
Experience
Minimum of 3 years as a campus or district administrator / coordinatorSupervisory experience or coordination of district level programmingMinimum of 3 years of experience managing program budgetsDistrict level program management experienceHas prior experience and expertise in data collection, analysis, and visualization including the use of creating and maintaining a dashboard platform for performance management towards inputs, outputs, and outcomesSpecial Knowledge And Skills
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentAdvanced skill in analyzing financial activities, budget analysis and preparationCoordinate activities aligned to the Lead Coach's priorities.Connect LEAs with capacity-building supports.Track and report milestones.Provide logistical, operational, and programmatic supportProgram Management
Coordinate the design and delivery of professional development, design individual trainings and training packages, coaching tools, develop and disseminate additional resources to LEA staff using a variety of delivery methods.Perform other duties as assigned.Maintain documentation of program activities to ensure compliance and prepare program applications and reports; monitor program data as required.Exercise initiative to identify areas of opportunity to assist LEAs keeping leadership informed of program challenges, barriers, or deficiencies; provide guidance on problem-solving identified issues.Oversee the State-Federal Programs team to ensure the delivery of the most up to date TEA State and Federal programs grant requirements to district leaders.Salary
