They are seeking a Land Surveyor to join their dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing various types of surveys, processing field notes, and conducting survey-related research.

Your expertise in land surveying practices and proficiency in relevant software will be crucial in delivering accurate and efficient surveying services for both public and private sector projects.

As a Land Surveyor, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and precision of survey data, contributing to the success of diverse engineering projects.

Your ability to interpret and apply land surveying standards, along with your technical skills, will be essential.

Focus :

Conduct detailed topographical, boundary, and ALTA surveys. Analyze field data and contribute to research for survey projects.

Utilize advanced software tools for surveying and data processing. Apply knowledge of local and national survey standards in project execution.

Engage in the preparation and maintenance of survey reports and documentation. Collaborate with project teams to ensure accuracy in surveying processes.

Participate in project planning and strategy discussions. Manage survey-related data and contribute to project analysis.

Skill Set :

2+ years experience in a land surveying role, with a focus on varied project types. High school diploma or equivalent; technical drafting degree is a plus.

Proficiency in advanced surveying software and technology (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.). Strong understanding of Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of surveying for construction projects.
