Responsibilities

• Engagement Leadership : Manage and review complex individual (1040) and business (1120, 1120S, 1065, 1041) tax returns, overseeing client engagements from start to finish for timely and accurate delivery.
• Strategic Planning : Develop and implement strategic tax planning for clients across various specialized industries, identifying opportunities to reduce tax liabilities and support long-term growth.
• Technical Guidance : Provide technical tax guidance and support to the team, ensuring firm-wide compliance practices remain up to date with the latest tax law changes.
• Client Advisory : Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships and proactively addressing their needs.
• Team Development : Support team growth and performance through coaching, mentorship, and training.
