Enthusiastically attract, engage, and assess aspiring students, uncovering their talents and dreams.Strategically manage a thriving pipeline of candidates, always searching for the next great success story.Following-up with Candidates :
Stay in close contact with candidates, answering questions, guiding them through enrollment, and supporting them with financial aid, registration, orientation, and class launchesmaking every step seamless and exciting!Master key admin duties, creating student records, assisting with forms, and helping students secure transcripts and documents so they can focus on their future.Ensure each candidates file is polished and complete for a smooth hand-off to Financial Aid and Academics, setting them up for success from day one.Prepare students to shine at orientation and coordinate with Financial Aid Administrators for a winning start.Bring positive energy to orientation events and personally greet students as they embark on their first day of class!Managing Activity and Business Planning :
Become an expert in Southeastern Colleges programs and curriculum, sharing exciting new offerings with prospective students.Inform candidates about the career potential and job market for every programhelping them envision bright futures.Create and execute bold weekly business plans to achieve impressive activity goals.Keep organized digital notes and logs in C2K Campus View, ensuring every prospect is nurtured and tracked.Build and maintain a robust prospect pipeline, always ready to meet or exceed student start objectives.Champion the enrollment and launch of qualified students, celebrating each new journey!ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Pursuing Inquiries and Enrolling Candidates :
Review leads hot off the press and leap into action, reaching out and igniting excitement in prospective students.Make energetic outbound calls, sparking interest and motivating candidates to step into their future!Conduct engaging phone screenings to assess interest and encourage prospects to come in for a transformative interview experience.Set up in-person interviews for promising students, creating meaningful connections and uncovering their ambitions.Lead interviews (in-person or via phone for e-campus), administer self-assessments, and conduct structured CQQ interviews to gauge readiness, spot barriers, and connect students with resources and support.Provide captivating overviews of Southeastern College and discuss specific program options, inspiring students to explore their best fit.Arrange admissions tests, review results, and celebrate student achievements as they move closer to enrollment.Kickstart student enrollment and ensure smooth financial processes, including meetings with the Bursar to cover application and registration fees.Coordinate financial aid overviews, collaborating with the Financial Aid Department to set students up for success.PHYSICAL DEMANDS : The Admissions Coordinator role is fast-paced and interactive, set in a vibrant office environment. Youll spend most of your time actively communicating with colleagues, prospects, and studentswhether sitting at your desk, making calls, or meeting appointments that propel students toward their dreams.
