Shift Lead
Lead with energy! Sophia's Brunch is hiring Shift Leads to help guide our team during daily service. You'll set the tone, support both FOH and BOH staff, and ensure smooth operations throughout each shift.
With hours from 7am-3pm daily, you can enjoy the buzz of restaurant life without late-night shifts. (Weekend availability required!)
What You'll Do
- Oversee team performance during shifts
- Support servers, baristas, and cooks as needed
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Ensure standards for hospitality, service, and cleanliness are met
