Essential Functions and Primary Duties :
- Work on compensation consulting projects for emerging businesses, public entities, and Fortune 500 companies
- Partner with consultants who have years of compensation consulting experience and generate millions of dollars in revenue for CBIZ
- Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of base and incentive pay, as well as executive compensation programs
- Conduct market analyses to assess competitive compensation : select appropriate published surveys, match actual job duties to published survey duties, and compile, analyze and update data
- Design competitive salary ranges for entire organizations and develop pay administration policies and procedures
- Practically apply classroom learning to a professional business environment
Preferred Qualifications
Working towards a bachelor's degree in business administration, with a possible concentration in accountancy, economics, finance, human resource management or managementExcellent interpersonal, analytical, research, and project management skillsDemonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization, both internally and externallyAbility to multi-task, think independently and problem-solve in a results-driven team-oriented environmentMust be able to work in a team environmentStrong computer and technical skills including, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, intranetMicrosoft Excel expertiseAbility to manage multiple projects and effectively prioritize tasks to meet client deadlinesMinimum Qualifications
