Job description

Job Title :

  • IT - Service - Associate Lab Computing Analyst Position Type : Contract Location : Cambridge, MA 02139 Salary Range / Rate : $30 / hr - $35 / hr W2 (USD) Responsibilities : Support and maintain customer lab IT environments and Windows-based systems.
  • Manage benchtop computing, equipment onboarding / retirement, and security configurations.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, support scientific instruments, and ensure policy compliance.
  • Maintain inventory, documentation, and weekly reporting.
  • Act as liaison for software / hardware issues and escalate when needed.

Basic Qualifications :

  • Associate degree in Computer Science OR 1+ year of technical experience (Windows, networking, remote computing, backups).

    • Preferred :

  • Experience with scientific instruments or life sciences / pharma environments.

    • Must-haves :
