Enjoy fantastic working hours – from Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 6 : 00 p.m., Saturday from 7 : 00 a.m. to 6 : 00 p.m., and, unlike other shops, we are closed on Sundays. We offer the flexibility of both full-time and part-time schedules as well.

HOW YOU WILL DRIVE SUCCESS :
Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hoursDemonstrate excellent guest service, which includes providing clear communication and feedback about guest vehiclesEnsure that the service center is clean and presentableProvide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level automotive techniciansChecking and communicating oil level to other teammatesEnsure tire pressure for proper inflationInspect and refill fluid levels as necessaryComplete vehicle inspectionInstall a new oil drain plug and a new oil filterClean and lubricate fittings as neededDocument all work performed on the repair orderReport any safety issues immediately to managementMaintain strict adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operationPerform various manual tasks for extended periods, including light and heavy lifting, including consumer tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squattingUNDER THE HOOD – WHAT YOU'LL NEED :
Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (i.e. retail, food service, hospitality, etc.)Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the futurePrevious experience is preferred but not requiredAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manualsEffective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.Strong work ethic with a positive attitude; independently motivated, dependable, and a team playerDemonstrates responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to follow procedures, identify problems, and make sound decisionsPhysically able to stand for extended periods on hard surfaces, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks including bending and squattingWillingness to work in varying temperatures, loud environments, and around exhaust fumesAvailability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays, depending on locationCommitment to adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.Perform other duties as assignedEqual Employment Opportunity
