Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership :
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Provide strategic direction to ensure efficient and effective operational functioning.
Operational Management :
- Oversee daily operations at headquarters and new market offices.
- Ensure seamless integration and consistency across all locations.
- Manage resources, processes, and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Productivity Enhancement :
- Foster the development of high-level teams to increase productivity.
- Ensure team dynamics and processes contribute to overall business efficiency.
New Market Expansion :
- Lead the operational setup and scaling of new market offices.
- Ensure new locations adhere to company standards and operational protocols while addressing local market needs.
Team Leadership :
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing operations team.
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Performance Optimization :
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance.
- Implement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
Regulatory Compliance :
- Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements and adjust operational practices accordingly.
Budget Management :
- Develop and manage operational budgets.
- Ensure cost-effectiveness and efficient allocation of resources.
Distributor Relations :
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with relevant distributors.
- Optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
Technology Integration :
- Leverage technology to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Identify and implement new tools and systems to support operational excellence.
Risk Management :
- Identify potential operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure business continuity plans are in place and regularly reviewed.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in operational leadership roles, with significant experience in the renewable energy, solar industry, or general construction.
- Proven experience managing multi-site operations, including new market expansion.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Excellent strategic planning and execution skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the solar energy industry, including regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel frequently to new market offices.
