Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership :

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Provide strategic direction to ensure efficient and effective operational functioning.

Operational Management :

• Oversee daily operations at headquarters and new market offices.
• Ensure seamless integration and consistency across all locations.
• Manage resources, processes, and systems to enhance operational efficiency.

Productivity Enhancement :

• Foster the development of high-level teams to increase productivity.
• Ensure team dynamics and processes contribute to overall business efficiency.

New Market Expansion :

• Lead the operational setup and scaling of new market offices.
• Ensure new locations adhere to company standards and operational protocols while addressing local market needs.

Team Leadership :

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing operations team.
• Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Performance Optimization :

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance.
• Implement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.

Regulatory Compliance :

• Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Stay updated on regulatory requirements and adjust operational practices accordingly.

Budget Management :

• Develop and manage operational budgets.
• Ensure cost-effectiveness and efficient allocation of resources.

Distributor Relations :

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with relevant distributors.
• Optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.

Technology Integration :

• Leverage technology to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Identify and implement new tools and systems to support operational excellence.

Risk Management :

• Identify potential operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure business continuity plans are in place and regularly reviewed.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operational leadership roles, with significant experience in the renewable energy, solar industry, or general construction.
• Proven experience managing multi-site operations, including new market expansion.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
• Excellent strategic planning and execution skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the solar energy industry, including regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to travel frequently to new market offices.
