Operations Associate- We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our support team, specializing in document management. This role will involve a variety of tasks including redacting contractual agreements, coordinating signatures, status tracking of trading documentation, managing client mailings, and other miscellaneous tasks as required.
This is a part-time position, requiring presence in our office three days a week.
Operations Associate- Responsibilities :
- Redacting contractual agreements as per company guidelines.
- Coordinating signatures for various documents.
- Tracking the status of trading documentation and ensuring timely completion.
- Managing client mailings, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assisting with miscellaneous tasks related to document management and office support.
Operations Associate- Requirements :
- Undergraduate degree in a business-related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in asset management.
- Knowledge of the asset management space, client types, various fixed income investment strategies, and fixed income markets.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication (oral and written), and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize issues appropriately.
Operations Associate- Preferred :
- Experience in asset management industry.
- Familiarity with various fixed income investment strategies.
- Experience with managing client communications.
- Proficiency in document management software.
