Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager (Director level) to oversee and grow strategic relationships within the utility sector, specifically supporting BPO operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring service excellence, and driving business growth through proactive engagement and solution-oriented strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for utility clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Manage end-to-end client relationships, including onboarding, performance reviews, and contract renewals.
- Collaborate with operations, delivery, and technology teams to ensure service levels and KPIs are consistently met.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling BPO services.
- Monitor industry trends and client needs to recommend innovative solutions and process improvements.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, client feedback, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in the utility or BPO sector.Strong understanding of utility operations and customer service processes.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.Preferred Skills :
Experience working with utility billing, customer support, or field service operations.Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the utility industry.Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
