What Will You Do as the Labor Recruiting Manager for the Bedding Division?

• Strategic Talent Acquisition

Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies for manufacturing positions including all site based manufacturing and warehouse associates.

Serve as team leader to bedding division recruiters providing ongoing performance management, coaching and leadership to all team members year-round.

Leverage deep knowledge of the Tupelo-Saltillo-Aberdeen corridor talent market.

Manage end-to-end recruiting process from workforce planning through onboarding.

Utilize specialized knowledge of bedding / mattress manufacturing processes, safety requirements, and skill sets.

Provide weekly reporting on recruiting results with meticulous attention to detail showcasing progress on key recruiting metrics.

Assist in providing cross-functional support as a member of the Talent Acquisition Leadership team through assigned team or individual based strategic projects that improve the candidate, recruiter, employee and stakeholder experience.
