Responsibilities
- Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns.
- Conduct tax research and provide technical guidance on complex tax matters.
- Oversee and mentor staff, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Foster a collaborative, approachable, and flexible work environment.
- Build trusted advisor status with a wide range of clients—providing insight, proactive solutions, and responsive service.
- Prepare and review complex tax returns for corporations, partnerships, individuals, and non-profits.
- Ensure every return reflects our high quality standards and up-to-date compliance.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
5+ years of job related experienceBachelor's degree in Accounting requiredCPA strongly preferredSupervisory or management experienceBenefits :
