HVAC Service Technician - Installer opening with Fleming Heating & AC in the Greater Rockford, IL area!

We are actively seeking an experienced, professional technician to join our thriving company, covering the Greater Rockford, IL, Beloit, WI, Belvidere, IL, and South Beloit, IL communities. Enjoy a reliable schedule of 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with manageable on-call rotations and significant overtime potential to maximize your income. QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years of experience as an installer or service technician with HVAC equipment
• A good driving record
• A team player
• Customer-focused attitude
• Ability to travel to Greater Rockford, IL, Beloit, WI, Belvidere, IL, and South Beloit, IL areas for service calls

Although not required, having 2-3+ years of experience installing or servicing HVAC equipment is a huge plus!

WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LOOKS LIKE :

You travel to residential and light commercial locations to professionally diagnose mechanical faults and perform diligent service and repair on existing HVAC equipment, restoring peak operational efficiency for our customers. You also execute detailed installations of new residential and light commercial equipment, managing the entire process from setup to final testing. You consistently maintain a high level of workmanship and professional communication on every job, solidifying our reputation for excellence.
