We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our client near Sherman Oaks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-state and Canadian payroll processing, with hands-on experience using ADP Workforce Now. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and providing exceptional support to employees.
Responsibilities :
Process high volume payroll for U.S. (multi-state) and Canadian employees using ADP Workforce Now
Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state / provincial, and local regulations
Manage payroll tax reporting and filings in both the U.S. and Canada
Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, taxes, and timekeeping
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on payroll-related matters
Assist with audits and year-end reporting
Qualifications :
3+ years of payroll experience with emphasis on multi-state and Canadian payroll
Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now is required
Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and tax laws
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Pay Details : $31.00 to $35.00 per hour
