List of general duties but not limited to :

Clean dishes / wares drying properly & not wet stacked
Pancake guns disassembled, cleaned, & put away
Clean dish area hand sink
Clean all walls & stainless surfaces
Drain & clean all sinks
Drain, power off, & wipe down dish machine
Sweep, scrub, squeegee all floors & clean out drains
Take out all trash & boxes
Dish racks organized & cup dollies clean
Area reset for tomorrow : glass racks; pans for silver / ramekins
Prepare sanitizer buckets for tomorrow
Clean out mop sink; Brooms, dust pans, and squeegees stored
