Schedule 07 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM Job Description The Med / Surg Telemetry units provide comprehensive care for patients with medical, surgical, and telemetry needs. Nurses in these units should have a strong foundation in med / surg nursing, be skilled in telemetry monitoring, and be adept at managing a diverse patient population in a high-acuity setting. Responsibilities Provide care for patients with GI issues, cardiac conditions, renal conditions, and altered mental status. Monitor and support stroke patients in a combined med / surg and stroke unit. Work collaboratively in a team while handling a patient ratio of 6 : 1. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Must possess a valid nursing license. Experience in telemetry monitoring and med / surg nursing is preferred. Why ARMStaffing?
