Job Title: Systems Engineer

Responsibilities: - Lead special projects to advance systems maturity, ensuring effective type certification and entry into service.
- Define, decompose, and maintain system requirements, ensuring robust traceability and control.
- Collaborate across functions to evaluate technical issues, optimize system architecture, and ensure compatibility across interfaces.
- Manage technical risks and issues, leading mitigation efforts and verifying system integration.
Required: - Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in complex engineering or system integration tasks.
- Over 8 years of experience leading and managing intricate projects.
- Experience in developing relationships with senior executives, stakeholders, and business partners.
