Job descriptionBSN RN preferred. CO RN License or ability to obtain. State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). 1 year of nursing (RN) experience Case management experience preferred. Computer experience (word processing, spreadsheet) and familiarity with Meditech We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we are not able to sponsor visas $39.96-$59.95 / hour Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience. We're looking for a Part-Time Case Manager RN to join our Case Management team!
Previous Case Management experience strongly preferred!
GENERAL OBJECTIVES :
- Assists Valley View inpatients and outpatients and their families in the overall Management of their plan of care across the continuum.
QUALIFICATIONS : Education :
Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered / Professional Nursing program
