LHH is seeking a highly organized and discreet professional to support a high-net-worth family in managing financial, legal, and operational responsibilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate sound judgment, professionalism, and a client-service mindset.

Key Responsibilities

(Including but not limited to the following)

Asset and Warranty Management : Maintain documentation and tracking of warranties for various systems and equipment across multiple properties.

Vehicle and Equipment Records : Ensure titles and documentation for vehicles and other equipment are current and accessible.

Family Asset Oversight : Maintain a comprehensive inventory of family assets including real estate, vehicles, investments, and personal collections.

Utilities and Vendor Coordination : Review and manage service contracts and utility connections to ensure cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Security and Insurance Administration : Monitor and maintain security systems and insurance coverage across all properties; conduct periodic reviews to ensure adequate protection.

Financial and Legal Support :

Collaborate with legal and financial advisors to manage trusts, foundations, and related accounts.

Record and reconcile financial transactions using platforms such as QuickBooks or Quicken.

Oversee accounts payable / receivable, payroll (if applicable), and bank / credit card reconciliations.

Assist with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and tax documentation.

Digitize and organize legal documents for secure cloud-based access.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Legal Studies

Demonstrated experience supporting a high-net-worth individual or family

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Accounting or Tax Accounting

Experience in tax preparation, compliance, or financial advisory services

Pay Details : $100,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
