Subcontract-Third Party Outreach Manager

Description & Requirements Maximus currently has a Subcontract-Third Party Outreach Manager opportunity with the Maximus Montana Employment and Training Project.

This Project will provide intake, assessment and development of an Employability / Service Plan (ESP) plus case management of participants along with job development, placement, & retention services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities : - Prepare, negotiate, and administer a variety of subcontracts, consulting agreements, licensing agreements and modifications thereto.

• Manage the implementation of subcontracts and compliance policies and local procedures ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company directives.
• Ensure subcontracts are prepared and administered in accordance with Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) compliance objectives, local procedures and work instructions for the business unit.
• Oversee preparation of RFP's for distribution to subcontractors of a proposal package. - Advise others on intellectual property issues which may affect company rights, obligations, and IP related opportunities.
• Evaluate proposals from subcontractors for completeness and adherence to compliance with prime contractor flow down requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study and 1 year of relevant professional experience required, or 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• This position requires you to have reliable transportation to travel to other offices within the region. - This position requires travel up to 50% of the time.
• This position requires residency in the state of Montana. - Previous Maximus experience preferred. - Previous incumbent experience preferred.
