Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Coordination : Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Budget Management : Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are met. Prepare and submit budget updates and forecasts to senior management.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to maintain high-quality workmanship.
• Team Leadership : Lead and manage project teams, including foremen, electricians, and apprentices. Provide guidance, support, and training as needed.
• Safety Management : Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on all job sites. Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Client Relations : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
• Problem Solving : Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans. Resolve any issues that arise during the project promptly.
