Base pay range
$49.02 / hr - $67.51 / hr
Responsibilities
- Salesforce Data Preparation : Extract, clean, and normalize data from legacy structures to align with new Salesforce data structures (Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Leads, Activities, and custom objects)
- Gap & Quality Analysis : Perform detailed analyses of legacy data vs. the new structured schema, identifying discrepancies, duplicates, and missing data fields
- Salesforce Migration Strategy : Define and execute migration plans, including field mapping, data transformation, and validation within Salesforce
- Data Cleansing & Deduplication : Develop and enforce processes to cleanse, validate, and deduplicate data before and after migration
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with Salesforce administrators, developers, and business stakeholders to capture requirements and ensure migration outcomes support business needs
- Post-Migration Validation : Audit Salesforce data post-migration to confirm accuracy, consistency, and usability for reporting and operations
- Data Governance : Ensure compliance with organizational policies and Salesforce data governance best practices
- Communication : Provide clear updates on migration progress, risks, and issues to project managers and leadership
