Retail Store Manager, Downtown LA (Full-time)

Job Description

Aer is seeking a full-time Store Manager to join our fast-growing lifestyle brand. In this role, you will be the manager of our first brick and mortar store in LA, overseeing the store’s operations and laying the foundation for its success. We are looking for someone who can deliver best-in-class customer service and establish the store as the hub for Aer’s brand experience. You will report to the Manager of Retail Operations and the position is based out of Los Angeles, California.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Hands-on customer service to create a world-class store experience.
• Become an expert in product knowledge (including the competition’s) and market trends to help inform customers’ purchase decisions.
• Lead store operations, including but not limited to opening and closing, inventory management, visual standards, and payment flow for purchases.
• Streamline store operations processes and retail policies and procedures. Continue to strategically brainstorm ways to help improve and grow each of these areas.
• Assist in overseeing in-store special events as needed.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for employees and customers.
• Communicate passion for Aer’s brand philosophy to customers.
• Provide insightful and relevant feedback to the head office on product designs, customer experience, and market trends.
• Collaborate cross functionally between teams within the company to help grow the business across all channels (retail, wholesale, e-commerce).
• Weekend and holiday work may be required for this position.
