We’re looking for an Architectural Designer (1–3 years of experience) to join our team and help deliver thoughtful, high-quality design solutions for government clients. You’ll have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects such as municipal buildings, educational facilities, government facilities, and community spaces — contributing to environments that make a lasting impact.

What You’ll Do

• Support project teams through all phases of design and documentation
• Prepare drawings, 3D models, and presentations for client and agency review
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal team members
• Prepare site planning and space planning documents.
• Attend due diligence investigations
• Research materials, codes, and sustainable design solutions relevant to government work
• Assist in preparing specifications, opinion of probable cost, and permitting packages
• Contribute to the firm’s technical standards and quality assurance processes
