Key Responsibilities
Grow the team by identifying, recruiting, hiring, and coaching Account Executives
Build and implement a local ecosystem strategy for selling and delivering value with partners
Maintain accurate forecasting and Salesforce hygiene across the team
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in MEA Enterprise software sales leadership
Proven track record of leading sales teams to exceed revenue targets
Experience in conducting C-level meetings and presenting solutions
Familiarity with MEDDICC and related value-selling methodologies
Fluency in Arabic and English
