The Vice President, Sales will captain an evolution in our sales focus and investment to capture more share of significant market growth. In the face of high market demand, growing sales channels, and increased revenue growth we will be increasing our sales & marketing investment significantly. Within your first 90 days at Virta, we expect you will do the following :
Build internal relationships with Virta team members, especially your peers across the Commercial Leadership Team
Connect with key internal partners, including Finance and Legal, to understand cross-functional needs and build partnership
Assess the structure and quality of the team and technology stack, making a clear recommendation on how to grow the organization in a scalable motion
Oversee and improve commercial reporting for leadership insight and executive visibility
