We are seeking a Shipping & Receiving Specialist / Warehouse Technician to join our team at our Plano, TX warehouse.

This is a full-time, on-site position supporting logistics operations, including work with government contractors—U.S. citizenship is required.

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM Central Time

Responsibilities

• Execute shipping and receiving operations with accuracy and efficiency
• Receive and document incoming shipments, ensuring proper inspection and verification
• Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling and documentation
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring safe handling of materials
• Create shipping invoices, labels, and bills of lading (BOL)
• Stack pallets safely for LTL (Less Than Truckload) transport
• Enter data into shipping software (UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager)
• Pick and pack orders with precision and attention to detail
• Update tracking databases with shipment and inventory information
• Stock and locate equipment in designated warehouse areas
• Perform physical inventory counts and assist in resolving discrepancies
• Act as a material handler for general warehouse operations
• Support inventory management and control processes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
